Returns and exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. If a ready-to-wear piece is not right, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of the day you received it, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

Conditions

• The piece is unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags attached and in its original condition.
• Returns are accepted only for items purchased on this website.
• For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and pieces worn next to the skin can be returned only with the hygiene sticker intact.

Made to measure and custom pieces

Pieces made to your measurements, adjusted for you, or created from a picture you sent are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a defect. This is in line with the Consumer Protection Law, which excludes goods made to the customer's specifications from the right of cancellation.

How to return

1. Write to us through the contact page with your order number and the piece you would like to return or exchange.
2. We will confirm and send you the return instructions.
3. Send the piece back within 14 days of receiving it. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the piece arrives back and passes inspection, we refund the price of the piece to the original payment method within 14 days. In accordance with the law, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price or ILS 100, whichever is lower, may be deducted. If the piece arrived damaged or incorrect, you receive a full refund including the shipping cost.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same process. If the piece you want is not in stock, we will offer a refund or a made-to-measure alternative.
